We were going to have Braylon's best friend, Logan for a weekend so we decided to get us a slip and slide so they could play outside all weekend. They loved this thing!!! They played, played and played some more.

We have been trying for the last several years to do a little Shaw/Frederick vacation for a weekend. I think last year was our first year in several years that we didn't do the whole family outing, but we did manage to get a couple's only weekend in instead that year.

This year we went camping in Macon. It was a beautiful campground, fantastic weather and a super fun and relaxing time with great friends! We swam, fished, hung out, took walks and smelled like..... dirty skanky sweat bombs!

Summer Fun

We have had a fantastic summer. I hate to see it dwindle down.

We have played baseball, went swimming, went camping, had friends over, went to friends' houses, went fishing and ran ALL.SUMMER.LONG!

4th of july

We had a pretty low key 4th of July this year. Matt, Amy, Logan and Maty all came over to eat supper and to watch fireworks. Later on that evening Brad and Jill and their boys came over too. We tooled around on the gator with the trailer hooked onto it and we all lounged in our chairs while Jared drove us around. We had a great time and enjoyed a great evening with some great friends.
